If your Internet Explorer prohibits the execution of ActiveX modules, you will get a warning that looks like this:

In order to allow the modules to run, please change your Internet Explorer security settings according to the images below:

Select Custom Level.

Select Custom Level.

Allow the execution of unsigned ActiveX controls and to initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe. In these two places, change from 'Disable' to 'Prompt'. This keeps you in control:

Allow the execution of unsigned ActiveX controls. 
Select 'Enable' or 'Prompt' in order to keep control.

Press the 'Refresh' button after the download is completed.

Allow for the download, installation, execution and interaction of ActiveX controls (you will be asked several times).
